Rinjani, The Beautifull Highest Mountain

Mountain Rinjani is the third highest mountain in Indonesia (3,720 m). The community live around believe this mountain save many mysteries. One of the mysteries is the legend of goddess Anjani. She is considered as the ruler and the queen of the mountain Rinjani. They believe that Anjani goddess born from the marriage with a man Goddess Sasaknese Lombok, a certain kind of face is still beautiful and the descendants of King Selaparang. To honor Anjani goddess, the public often holds a religious ritual ceremony on the mountain Rinjani and Segara Anak Lake, with the release of fish-small fish made of gold thin to Lake Segara Anak.

Bromo Mountain

The Bromo Mountain is an active mountain also the most well-known touristic object in East Java. This site shows a beauty you can’t find in another place. From the top of this active volcanic mountain you can enjoy a view of 10 km square of sand overlay, and watch the greatness of Semeru Mountain which rises through the clouds. 

Most visitors come to this region in dawn to be able to see the sun rising. You have to hike Pananjakan Mountain which is the highest mountain in this area. For you who want to enjoy the dawn without getting tired, the locals provide hardtop cars, which are rented for the visitors to enjoy the beauty of Bromo peak.
